Placing an order with The Safety Shop indicates that you are observing the terms and conditions stated below. Please make sure you read this document carefully and in full. The Safety Shop reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. The Safety Shop also reserves the right to refuse business.

Returns
At The Safety Shop we will exchange your faulty gooods. Just email us with the fault description and we will advise you of our returns proceedure. We would ask that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

Payment

On-line payments are made through PayPal and you will have to become a member of PayPal. Joining PayPal is easy, just follow our online procedure when you place your order. (Becoming a member of PayPal will allow enable you to purchase goods from a variety of other shopping sites.)

PayPal will accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Switch or American Express. The billing information you submit when placing an order must match the credit card statement that is mailed to your home or business. We can only send items to the cardholder's address unless you pay by cheque. Please make sure you enter your address exactly as it appears on your cardholder statement. Incorrect addresses prevent PayPal from confirming your order, meaning that we cannot deliver your goods. Please call us if you cannot pay by either of these methods.

Please make cheques payable to RCS Limited . Mailing a cheque for payment will delay your shipment until the your cheque has cleared.

However, The Safety Shop may e-mail you regarding any new promotional events. If you do not wish to receive promotional information from The Safety Shop please send us an email stating this.

Shipping Policy
The Safety Shop despatch your order within within 48 hours and will usually arrive within the week depending upon availability, If there is any delay you will be contacted (dispatch to Northern Ireland and I.OM will be quoted separately.)The Safety Shop will only ship to a physical address. We cannot ship safety products to a P.O. Box.

Due to conditions that are beyond our control some safety products may be out of stock. We do our best to keep the Website up to date with information on the availability of safety products. In the event of an order received for a product that is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.

The Safety Shop only ships to addresses in the United Kingdom (excluding N. Ireland & I.OM Please e-mail first for shipping costs.) For European orders please contact us for prices & shipping.
